Abstract Submission Guideline

Submissions must encompass knowledge in medical education and align with one of the four W.A.V.E. themes below. Submitted work must not contain confidential, personal, or proprietary data that cannot be disclosed at the time of publication.

Every abstract undergoes a peer-review process by at least two experts. Submission data is kept strictly confidential throughout the review; abstracts that are not accepted are permanently destroyed immediately after the conference concludes.
