A message from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Burapha University
On behalf of the Faculty of Medicine, Burapha University and the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure and honor to warmly welcome all distinguished professors, medical educators, researchers, healthcare professionals, and medical students to The 26th Thai Medical Education Conference (TMEC 2027) hosted by the Faculty of Medicine, Burapha University from 17 to 19 February 2027 at Bangsaen Heritage Hotel Convention Center, Chonburi, Thailand.
This year's conference held under the theme "The Power of Synergy for Medical Education Excellence," reflecting our belief that excellence in medical education can be achieved through collaboration, integration, and the collective strength of educators, learners, institutions, and professional networks.
The academic program developed around the concept of "W-A-V-E", representing four essential dimensions for the future of medical education: W – Well-being and Ecosystem, emphasizing supportive and sustainable learning environments; A – AI and Innovation, promoting the responsible application of emerging technologies and innovative approaches; V – Value-Based Medical Education, focusing on meaningful educational outcomes and the effective use of resources; E – Education Excellence, representing our shared aspiration to continually enhance the quality and impact of medical education.
TMEC 2027 will provide a dynamic academic platform through keynote lectures by distinguished speakers, interactive workshops, and research competitions featuring both oral and poster presentations. These activities are designed to encourage the exchange of knowledge, educational innovations, research findings, and practical experiences among medical educators and learners.
We warmly welcome all participants, including professors, medical educators, researchers, and medical students from medical institutions throughout Thailand and abroad. The diversity of perspectives and experiences represented at this conference will provide an invaluable opportunity to strengthen academic networks, inspire new ideas, and foster meaningful collaboration across institutions and professional networks.
